  Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and well-organized Service Delivery Operations & Business Development Assistant to support daily management, reporting, internal communication, and project-driven operations for our Business Unit. This role combines elements of business development, operational coordination, and digital delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the BU Manager with daily coordination, follow-ups, and internal communication. 2. Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and key stakeholders. 3. Assist in project-centric operations—tracking timelines, risks, deliverables, and resource allocation. 4.
