تعديل مواعيد صرف معاشات شهر مايو بمناسبة عيد العمال  قررت نفين القباج وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي إجراء تعديل على الخطة الخاصة بصرف معاشات شهر مايو تماشيا مع ما تقرر من اعتبار يوم السبت ٢ مايو إجازة رسمية بمناسبة عيد العمال بحيث يكون أول يوم لصرف المعاشات من مكاتب البريد ومنافذ الهيئة القومية للتأمينات في يوم الأحد ٣ مايو في إطار خطة الدولة للتيسير على أصحاب المعاشات وضمان سلامتهم، كما تشدد الوزارة على أن جميع المعاشات ستكون متاحة للصرف من البطاقات الصادرة من الهيئة القومية للتأمين الاجتماعي من الصرافات الالية "ATM" اعتباراً من صباح غدٍ الجمعة ١ مايو بدون حد أقصى. وأكدت القباج أنه تماشيا مع خطة الدولة لمواجهة تحدي فيروس كورونا؛ اتخذت الهيئة القومية للتأمين الاجتماعي العديد من الإجراءات الاستباقية؛ استعدادا لصرف معاشات شهر مايو 2020 بما يضمن سلامة المواطنين أثناء الصرف من داخل المنافذ ومكاتب البريد؛ حيث تم وضع آلية لتقسيم أصحاب المعاشات على أيام متفرقة من شهر مايو، لتصبح على النحو التالي:- - أصحاب المعاشات الذين يتقاضون 1000 جنيه فأقل ويبلغ عددهم 2.4 مليون قائم بالصرف

تعرف على الشروط الجديدة للحصول على درجة الماجستير فى الحقوق اعتبارا من عام 2020 / 2021 تعديل شروط الحصول علي درجة الماجستير في الحقوق التفاصيل وافق مجلس الوزراء على مشروع قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء بتعديل المادة (140) من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون تنظيم الجامعات الصادر بالقانون رقم 49 لسنة 1972. ونص التعديل على أنه "يُشترط في الطالب لنيل درجة الماجستير في الحقوق أن يكون حاصلاً على إحدى دبلومات الدراسات العليا في الحقوق، وأن يقوم ببحوث في موضوع لمدة سنة على الأقل، أو أن يكون قد اجتاز مواد تخصصية في عدد ساعات معتمدة وأنجز رسالة تنطوي على بحوث ذات جوانب تطبيقية بعدد 24 ساعة معتمدة وذلك كله وفقاً لأحكام اللائحة الداخلية"، كما نص التعديل على أن هذا الشرط يسري على الطلاب المُلتحقين الجدد للحصول على الدرجة المشار إليها اعتباراً من العام الجامعي 2020/2021. ويأتي التعديل في إطار تطوير منظومة التعليم العالى، والعمل على إثراء النظام البحثى للحصول على درجة الماجستير فى الحقوق، وذلك من خلال إضافة سبيل أخر للحصول على الماجستير في الحقوق بالإضافة للسبيل القائم. from وظائف مصرية
