is hiring a Senior Accountant for one of the retail companies (supermarkets) in Sheikh Zayed.

- Males are preferred.

- V Good English.

- 3-5+ years of experience in industries like Supermarkets, Retail, FMCG, Cafes or Restaurants.

- Competent in the usage of MS Office and Accounting Systems.

Aware of the daily Accounting procedures:

- Helping compile and analyze business information, providing tax advice, insurance, payroll, supporting the companies report their financial situation, bookkeeping and data analysis.

Job Description:

- Prepare month end, year end reports and documentation cycle.

- Cash flow management.

- Analyze current accounting systems, making suggestions for enhancements where needed.

- Ensure the business follows all required legislation i.e.: VAT forms, Withholding Tax forms.

- Inventory Stocktaking and Warehousing cycle management.

- Prepare and submit VAT returns.

- Liaise with external auditors.

- Prepare financial statements, trail balance and cost accounting.

- Responsible for payroll preparation.

Working conditions: 9 AM - 5 PM, 1 day off. Flexible to work on weekends in emergencies.
