Etisalat Global Services is hiring Recruitment Specialist
Job Purpose:
Handling all the recruitment activities within the assigned account fulfilling account manpower need with the Head count plan
Job Responsibilities:

1-Create candidates' pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.
2-Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
3-Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
4-Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5-Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal, communicating it to the successful candidates.

Job Requirements:
1-University Degree in business related discipline.
2-Previous 6 months to a year mass hiring (white collars- experience is a Must
3-Fluency in English is a must
4-Contract duration is 6 months subject to renewal based on performance
5-Good general Computer skills.
6-HR overview
