EMAJ for trading & Engineering is hiring (Admin officer)
Industry: Kitchen’s Equipment (Restaurants-Hotels – Cafés)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and log client service requests accurately.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits with technicians.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and service status.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Requirements:
- Previous experience not less than 2 years in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Location: [New Nozha, Cairo]
Working Hours: [8]
Day off : 2 days
