Job Description

• Remote Accountant (part-time or full-time) focused on making our Xero accounting 100% accurate and organized. You’ll handle all transaction entry, reconciliation, and reporting to keep our finances perfect.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and categorize all transactions in Xero daily/weekly
• Perform bank reconciliations and fix discrepancies
• Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all entries
• Answer financial questions from management as needed
• Job Requirements
• Expert-level Xero proficiency (certified or 6+ months hands-on experience)
• Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently (flexible hours, results-focused)
• Accounting background is a plus
