Import Operations Specialist / Domestic Trucking Operation Coordinator For Oriental Weavers

 Oriental Weavers is now hiring

1) Import Operations Specialist
- Get the shipping order from the foreign procurement team
- Do the daily shipments tender with the freight forwarders
- Follow the agreed contract with the shipping line
- Focus on operation process as per the agreed KPI’S
- Keep the related department align with the shipments status
- Close the documents cycle with customs clearance team
- Follow the import department reporting process

2) Domestic Trucking Operation Coordinator
- Get the confirmed booking from the operation team with sorting out as per the shipping plan
- Do the domestic trucking booking with the contracted service providers as per the agreed quota for each one
- Manage the empty containers assignment and loading at ports
- Follow the trucks movement with the loading process at the WH facility
- Control the trucks movement after loading plus cooperating with the customs department
- Check all of the documents/ weights/ shipment information
- Ensure that gate in process at ports of loading are running on the right way/ time
- Manage the payment process for the domestic trucking service providers
